Jasper came from Marvin Hampton in Newberg OR. He was from the Butcher/Anderson lines out of Mardiham’s Lillie and Bo Jack. He was a handsome tri male standing 24” and 57 lb, OFA Fair at 8 years old. Jasper was a very special dog, he’s that once in a life time dog that impacts your life in a very special way. There was nothing he couldn’t do. Jasper achieved his first obedience title at 14 mths of age and completed his second not long after. We then discovered agility and fell in love with the sport. I couldn’t ask for a better partner. He achieved all the levels in NACAD and some veterans titles too. He performed many agility and obedience demo’s at the County and State Fairs. He was also my demo dog and partner in my dog training classes. Jasper was wonderful with other dogs, kids and people. He completed his herding instinct test and was the first English Shepherd to achieve the Outstanding Versatility Dog award. In 2000 Jasper qualified and competed at the Animal Planet / USDAA Dog Agility World Championship.
