Novice Companion Dog: This class is for dogs 5 months and older who need basic training and or could benefit from socialization. In this class owners will learn how to teach their dogs basic commands such as sit, down, come, attention, walking nice on leash and how to do a home vet exam. They will also learn how to use these commands in every day life.
This is a 4 week class held Sundays at 3:00 pm for 1 hour. $75

Advanced Companion Dog: Prerequisite Novice Companion Dog. This class is for dogs who have completed the Novice Companion Dog class and are ready for the next step. In this class we will continue with the basic commands, but now adding distractions that they may encounter in real life. In addition we will cover doggie manner commands such as leave it and friendly greetings without jumping.
This is a 4 week class held Sundays at 3:00 pm for 1 hour. Fee $70.

Puppy Pre-School: This class is for puppies 8 weeks to 16 weeks old. In this class we will focus on socialization with and introduction to basic training leash walking and crate training. We will also cover how to work through the not so desirable puppy behaviors such as chewing, mouthing, jumping and house training. Owners will also learn how to do a home vet exam.
This is a 4 week class held Sundays at 4:00 pm for 1 hour. Fee $75

Puppy Kindergarten: This class is for puppies who have completed Puppy Pre-School and are ready for the next step. In this class we will continue teaching basic commands plus, focus, leave it, wait and friendly greetings without jumping. We’ll through some tricks in for fun too.
This is a 4 week class held Sundays at 4:00 pm for 1 hour. $70.

Next classes beginning Sunday, March 21st, 2010, see below for classes offered and details. Class size is limited and fill fast so pre-registration is required. Classes are held in an indoor arena, inside a heated meeting room, and sometimes on the packed dirt floor of the arena. Training methods used will be positive, motivation and reward based. This makes training fun and successful for both owner and dog. All dogs must be current on vaccines, puppies if 8 weeks must have a least one series of puppy shots.
